I believe you don't need fixing - you already have everything you need within you. My role is to help you unlock it.
After 18 years in financial services, I founded a multi-award-winning franchise business in virgin territory in 2007, leading a team of 22 and serving over 200 customers. I built it into a thriving enterprise and sold it for six figures in 2019. I then retrained as a coach with the Co-Active Training Institute, discovering my true calling: helping business leaders do well and be well, so they experience genuine success.
Today, I work with entrepreneurs and leaders through transformative experiences like my Manifest Like Magic Retreat and Quantum Impact Retreat, alongside one-to-one coaching. I've supported clients across HR, Law, Finance, and Technology to unlock clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Beyond Business
I live in the beautiful Dorset countryside with my husband and our dog. We have two adult sons.
I'm a certified Youth Mental Health First Aider and have volunteered as a mentor for the Girls' Network and BetheBusiness and as workshop lead for Employability UK.
I'm a lifelong learner (I always have three or four books on the go), a quiz enthusiast (I once appeared on BBC's Pointless with my husband!), and deeply committed to charity work. I've sponsored children through World Vision for over 25 years, fundraised for Cancer Research UK for a decade, and in 2015, walked the Inca Trail for Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice.
My work has been featured on BBC's What to Buy and Why and in publications including Business Franchise, The Franchise Magazine, and The Lady.
